Bill Ryan Drywall Services warrants all workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date the job is completed. If a problem arises directly from a defect in Bill's workmanship during that period, it will be repaired at no additional cost to the customer.
This warranty does not cover issues unrelated to workmanship, such as normal wear and tear, damage caused by others, structural movement, moisture or water intrusion not tied to the original repair, or acts of nature.

Yes. Leak damage is cut out and replaced, the stain is sealed so it does not bleed back through, and the texture is matched to the rest of the ceiling.
